Enjoyed meeting you during the last big protest. I hope we all get together again because I sincerely think that nothing is going to change until there are massive protests - that's because the Presidency is so powerful now.

I hope to see that DU banner in the next big protest.

6. Bingo. He absolutely has no plans to let it end on his watch.
Doesn't want helicopters taking the troops out of Iraq as his legacy. Better to let the next Pres. handle the mess, then blame him for it's failure.

Except it will be January 2009 before he is finally out of office. I don't think he will have the free hand that he has had for the last 6 years though. Things have changed.
