Cocaine on '100% of Irish euros'
Little known fact. No wonder the dollar's losing value in comparison! :wow:

Euro banknotes - file photo
Ireland's cocaine users seem to favour 20 and 50 euro notes
One hundred percent of banknotes in the Republic of Ireland carry traces of cocaine, a new study has found.

Researchers used the latest forensic techniques that would detect even the tiniest fragments to study a batch of 45 used banknotes.

The scientists at Dublin's City University said they were "surprised by their findings".

Some of the notes had such high levels of cocaine on them that it is thought they were used to snort the drug.

Others had much lower traces and may have been cross-contaminated, perhaps in the wallets or pockets of users.

Cocaine sticks to EVERYTHING it comes in contact with, and then whatever is contaminated spreads cocaine even further. Several years ago a US Court ruled that given that over 75% of all US 20 Dollar bills had cocaine on them. Given this fact, the additional fact that a Dog smelled Cocaine on $20 bills was NOT PROBABLE CAUSE THAT SUCH BILLS HAD BEEN USED IN DRUG TRANSACTIONS. Simple put if 75% of ALL BILLS have cocaine of them that can be detected by a Dog, the mere fact a Dog Smelled Cocaine is NOT probable Cause that Money was used in a drug transaction.

The Scary part was I have read reports that brand new bills coming out of the Federal Reserve to the banks, had Cocaine on them for the money counting mechanism used in the Federal Reserve are hopelessly contaminated by Cocaine.

A further fact is since 2000, Drug dealers have been converting to the $500 Euro note from the $100 American "C" note. This is do to both the drop in the value of the Dollar in regard to the Euro and the greater ease it is to carry a 100 E-500 Euro notes compared to 500 $100 US Notes (Both equal 50,000 units of Currency)..
