With a Slim Margin--the Republicans Are Moving Far-Right

With the closed rule, which does not allow the consideration and debate of alternative legislation through amendments the Congressional Republicans are hell-bent on moving the country as far to the right as they can before the country gets sick and tired of this bullshit.

We, liberals and progressives, should take up the battle-cry of 2006 and take the Congress away from the Republicans. It is going to be hard the states have been gerrymandered making nearly all seats safe….we need to get busy on the state level and to work for any opposition that runs against a Republican.
