13. When do they get the bill for the medals?
They can't just be given to them, can they? I mean, they're charging the wounded and even the families of the dead for armor and equipment destroyed when the soldiers are hurt or killed, so the medals must have an invoice for actual money attached to them. The limbs they lost aren't considered payment enough.

I'm quite certain that these people were carefully vetted long before the chimp entered the room. Notice, too, that these are White House photos - no doubt so they could nix any shots that were taken showing any anger whatsoever.
