What ever became of all the Saddam and Osama doubles we were told about?

They are either dead, or have made their way back into civilian life. Remember, they probably wore a little makeup to look like him, so you won't see a bunch of Saddam clones (I don't believe the plastic surgery tales) running around.

4. I would imagine that looking like Saddam

isn't really a good career move these days. Anyone who was employed as a body double has probably changed his line of work and his appearance.

Those "double" rumors were obviously planted to amplify the paranoia which was SH. He was paranoid, imo, but we Americans had to be convinced beyond doubt.
As I recall, this was one of the first lies told in the series.
