Its not inflation.
Its just an 18% value appreciation. That washer I've been looking at for the last 6 months, hoping the price would drop? It didn't. Instead they just slapped an extra $100 and claimed that they put it on sale.

I'm thinking things are due to get really bad in the not too distant future.

1. Aren't those tax cuts for the rich great?
Perhaps they will loan you some money so that you can buy it. :sarcasm: :eyes:

3. Well, I suppose I could get one of those pay day loans
or one of those loans against my car or go buy a washer from one of those places where you make payments for the rest of your natural life... :eyes: ...Nah.

5. They are. As the dollar falls, the price of everything we used to make
here in the US and no longer do will start to climb.

If China succumbs to pressure to let the yuan float, then expect to see a lot of inflation very quickly.
