I would agree if Feingold had signed the DSM letter of inquiry.

It also bothers me that Nichols refuses to acknowledge two very important factors - Kerry was the first Democrat to submit a withdrawal plan for Iraq....

and...

revisions to the Patriot Act were first drawn up in Dec 2003, by Kerry and Sununu, and was the FIRST effort in the Senate rescinding the more onerous aspects of the Patriot Act in a bi-partisan way. That helped in the eventual support that Feinglod had when he led on his action.
