This is weird, but I need some help

I gave a speech to the Veterans for Peace convention in June (or perhaps July) of 2003 in San Francisco. Rep. Jim McDermott spoke after me. I cannot locate the video of this speech either online or on my computer. C-SPAN used to have it, but their search engine has gone screwy. The title was "We Stand Our Ground." Can anyone help me find this thing?
