What a load of sh*t. The whole thing is littered with spelling errors and is a very sad scheme indeed.

1. I get 1 or 2 of these every day. They're Nigerian scams, or 419 schemes.
Sometimes the English is so bad (even purporting to be for some agency in the British gov't.), they're hilarious.

I used to collect them as curiosities. Now I bounce them.

Anyway, yes, what a scam. If you so much as responded they'd tell you that they need your bank account number in order to directly deposit your winnings...and that's all she wrote.
