Murtha Swiftboating/Triangulation is Attempt to Neuter Anti-Iraq Defense
We all know that Iraq is untenable. The Dems are going to demand that we begin troop withdrawl. When this happens, the Repukes will begin their clarion call of "Dems are cowards" and "Dems lost the war" in the MSM months prior to 2008 election.

Having Murtha front and center disarms the inevitable Repuke "Dems are cowards" argument and reinforces the FACT that most Repukes are chickenhawks. Pelosi knows this, and I suspect this was the primary motivation behind her support of Murtha. Murtha provides Dems coverage in 2008 and gives the Dems a face of being as tough or tougher on terrorism, etc.

With Murtha out of the way, we are vulnerable in 2008. Hoyer DOES NOTHING for us in 2008 and provides NO COVER against the "Dems are cowards" or "Dems lost the war" argument.

People...think long range, please.

1. If you think they won't swiftboat him again you are crazy plus he
has ethics issues. He buys us nothing. What we need is a few real Dem's to push a populace agenda and ignore everything the rethugs and the right wing media say. Our leaders should only show up on networks that support the truth or our agenda. No one absolutely no one should appear on the right wing hate media. The shrub and Darth Chaney don't show up on real media only on Rash Limpballs the ass leaking draft dodger.

2. Murtha = Decorated Vet Hoyer = Corporate Shill You decide...
Seems like a SIMPLE choice in a time when our side is going to get blamed for the Chimperior's fuckup in Iraq.

5. The choices are Murtha or Hoyer. Neither are clean, but one has medals.
Murtha gives us something to work with...Hoyer will prove to be the shill he's been for years.

6. I think Murtha has been the most effective person on Iraq vis a vis
who the public seems to follow. As an asset like that.. I think people would trust him how to redeploy. This is the issue the Dems won on and they should keep it front and centre. Murtha is like give em hell Harry..a 'stand up guy'. The type people will follow.
