Nov 9, 2004 vs Nov 9 2006.
What a difference 2 years makes.

Today is the 2 year anniversary for those of us who found refuge at DU back on this date in 2004..one week after that Black Tuesday.

Anyone seen that fake screen capture of DU that someone had posted a few weeks ago here a few weeks ago?? Where life was good again because the Dems took over again and there were "posts" about the downfall of the regime, the poor were being taken care of, people had job offers coming out of their ears?? Who would have thought we'd only had a few weeks to wait to see the real DU with posts like we have seen this week! Imagine what we will get to see come Jan 2007 when a REAL Congress is back in charge.

Happy Anniversary, Nov 9th'ers!!!

2. Cardinals losing the World Series v. Cards winning the series.
Seriously, Democrats should root for the Cardinals more often.

11. Well, here in Massachusetts the Dems always win.
Well, for the most part.

Congrats on the Cards winning the World Series this year!

3. How funny you should post this...
I just now looked at the properties of a .pdf file discussing the stolen 2004 election on my desktop
dated Nov. 9th 2004.

8. I was thinking today
about the day after the election in 2004 riding in my car listening to Al Franken and Randi-what bleak days they were.It felt like there was no hope and that maybe we were wrong all along. The Kerry heartbreak of Ohio....this is much better.
