I've seen it here at least a dozen times. We've compared 9/11 to Bush winning in 2004 and analyzed which was more tragic for the country in the long run for example.

It does seem more irrational when the freeps compare Dems winning to 9/11, though. That's probably because so far the Dems haven't manipulated us into illegal wars in Iraq, made enemies of our former allies, hired energy peeps to fill critical environmental posts, made billions of dollars for big-oil, etc.
