OK..Lets talk Diebold and their hacks....(VA)....

So far, researchers have found two classes of hacks:

1.) Preload memory cards with positive and negative votes...

2.) Change vote reports at the central tabulator...


The first method is fairly clean...the Princeton hack destroyed all evidence when it was done. The Hursti hack left a "funny" zero-value report program on the memory card.
BOTTOM LINE: Impound the memory cards NOW!!!!

The second method only works if the precinct numbers aren't checked carefully.
BOTTOM LINE: Impound the election report tapes NOW!!!!
