Are absentee ballots already included in the Virginia vote totals? n/t

and never got an answer. Do they even count them? If so, when?

In Tn I think that they lump in the early votes totals for each precinct when they release those totals.

I get the impression that they only bother to count them if the margin of victory is smaller than the number of mail-in votes they have in hand.

I heard on our local news it could be the end of next week before they were all counted.
