Katherine Harris....It's all just too
pathetically funny:

Campaign gone south
Katherine Harris continues Fla. Senate race, shedding staff along the way

BARTOW, Fla. - Katherine Harris, who is trying to become a U.S. senator, says she is writing a tell-all about the many people who have wronged her. This includes, but is not necessarily limited to: the Republican leaders who didn't want her to run, the press that has covered her troubled campaign, and the many staffers who have quit her employ, whom she accuses of colluding with her opponent.

She is vague about what, precisely, makes her a victim, but she says she has it all documented.

I've been writing it all year," she says in that kittenish voice. She often smiles and cocks her head as if she's letting you in on a secret. "It's going to be a great book."

~Snip~

The way Harris sees it, a vast left- and right-wing conspiracy, encompassing both the "liberal media" and the Republican "elite," is attempting to keep her out of the Senate. She says anyone could see the way the panel of questioners coddled Nelson at their debate last week. Her voice gets all high and mocking as she imitates them.

"Ooooh, Senator Nelson," she says. "I mean, come on."
MSNBC

She's a comic relief and just plain bat-shit crazy.....it will be interesting to see how history will treat her.

1. WRITE THE BOOK HARRIS - WRITE THE BOOK
Because the two people who wronged her the most are Jeb & George Bush. They used her like a cheap $15 whore and tossed her to the sidewalk once they got what they needed. They gave her a reward in a house seat in a dominant repuke district but when Harris wanted more, the Bushes acted like they never heard of her.

She could blow the whole election fraud out the water

4. I just don't see her
turning on BushCo, she's crazy enough to believe that the loyalty she's shown will curry her a few crumbs from the table. I think if she were, it would have been done by now considering the entire campaign has been a freak side show. I would like to see what she has written though, just to understand the how the right wing nut jobs think....

6. Trouble is, Harris is too batshit crazy to be taken seriously. . .
no matter what she writes about the election, it'll be easily discredited by BushCo as the ravings of an unstable psychopath. They chose well when they chose Katie -- unquestioning obedience when it was needed, unquestioned lunacy in the aftermath.

14. See, I think you give overprice her about $13.00 worth.
She looks like a cheap $2.00 hooker without the integrity of being honest about the fact that she's a cheap $2.00 hooker.

yes, Katherine, it is a vast conspiracy. It is a gathering of all people with half a brain united to keep unprincipled, unethical, intellectually challenged people like yourself out of positions of power.

Crazier things have happened. Is Musgrave less crazy?

On edit: I'll miss her too -- but conditioned on what I said.

Yeah I'll admit that Harris was good for laughs.

Speaking of Colorado, I used to have friends in Boulder(!) and I visited there several times. I also knew some old hippies that lived in the mountains near Perry, and that was my view of Colorado. LOL.

Then a few years later, I did a road trip around the west, and after passing through Colorado Springs and Estes Park I had this :wtf: moment. You know what I mean?

scream PERSECUTION COMPLEX. She thinks the entire world is out to ruin her campaign and her day. Paybacks are hell and I think Kathy is due for one hell of a payback for 2000. And I will be smiling and celebrating when Tuesday night rolls around.

15. Chapter 1...
Everyone is against me.

I received a payback from the bush administration for placing him in the White House by being somewhat elected to the House of Representatives. Since then, it's been all downhill.

No one was more suited for the Senate than I, but others couldn't see the genius behind the beauty. They did not understand that I earned a Senate seat because of my ties to the bush election. That seat was mine! How dare Senator Nelson soil it with his years of public service!

My staff never understood my brilliance, they never took the time to realize that I was the Great State off Florida's last great hope, now they will pay for their disrespect.

It was never that I was out of my element. It was never that I can't think while standing. It was never that I would allow my ego to push aside any semblance of sanity; it was those opposed to me and beholding to that demon Nelson.

They will know true fear now..............

Edited on Tue Oct-31-06 01:43 PM by casus belli
It's probably the only chance in hell she has of anyone reading it. I'm wondering if maybe her feelings that her party abandoned her will turn into feelings of revenge, causing her to start squealing about all the dirty little secrets of the GOP when she actually had some influence. Unfortunately, because she is "bat shit crazy", there's a good chance that they'll be able to right her off (pun intended) as a lunatic even if she does drop some dirt.

21. DO IT DARLIN' ....... Bring it on.

Don't ever forget how the Jebster and the Florida GOP cast you aside like a dirty rag and how they even publicly said you didn't have even have a close chance to win and that they would rather anyone else run instead of you. And after all you did for them, for them to treat you so callously. Pour your little ol' heart out in that book darlin'.
