Tampa VA Error led to Veteran's Death

Plus a VAOIG report tells of canceled surgeries because VA doctors didn't show up, flies in the operating rooms and other issues that just piss this vet off. I will not comment to much Mods would pull it . Heres the links

3. Now that I cooled down a little

Across the Country due to the chimps budget cuts vets are dying or just not being taken care of.The Major problem no news coverage but local.
