It might exceed 6 billion dollars, but wouldn't it be worth it? No one could get in to feed him, or provide him with illegal drugs or twinkies and he'd just dry up and blow away.

I personally will be part of "the rush minutemen" a vast group of volunteers who will stand vigilant in case rush comes charging toward the fence like a wild beast at the scent of ho-ho's and cheeseburgers. It could even be electrified so when he made contact he'd go all shaky and wave his fat arms around real crazy like, that'd be so funny, yet we'd be protecting America at the same time.
