Iran attack before election: Would the Chimp get away with it ?

After reading another post here in GD about the strong possibility of a military altercation between us and Iran, could the Chimp really get away with this ? On top of Iraq and Afghanistan ?

1. He'd probably have an open revolt on his hands pulling a stunt like that...

The military is already fairly irritated with him as it is. Congress would throw a fit, regardless of who has majority, and the public hasn't been eagerly lapping up The Build Up To War v2.0 as it did the first time around with Iraq.

The UN sanctions don't include a unilateral attack by the chimp.
