Specter sends 16 questions to Atty-General Gonzalez to answer. He gave him a heads up before he comes to testify before his Committee. You are going to have a test but we are going to give you the questions ahead of time? You better have some good answers!

So, if the Senators decide the answers are not good enough, what do they do then? Do they change the law to give the dictator everything he wants, without any oversight? Without any oversight at all? Wow! That will really be an effective hearing, won't it?

Specter has stated that the president acted in "good faith". Not that he believes he acted in good faith, but as a matter of fact. What will we be facing when this hearing is over? How much more power will George W Bush have consolidated? Trust me, you fools!
