Are there even any legal consequences for stealing elections?
If so, why hasn't Kerry or someone on our side filed a class-action lawsuit on our behalf? Or do these laws, like almost all others, only apply to non-Republicans?

1. I think Congress or the Courts determine if an election was executed
properly. They make the judgment. There is no objective standard, I think.

3. Of course there are legal consequences
but so far no one has been able to prove anything. If they could, there would be prosecutions.
