1. Best idea ever - how would someone go about making
tombstones?

2. Maybe cut a flat version out of sheets of foamboard from a craft store.
Prop them up between rocks. I haven't thought the details through.

I'm sure there are artistic types out there with better ideas.

to paint over part of the styrofoam or whatever, though. Also Walgreens, etc.

I love this idea.

5. Styrofoam? Foam-core board?
From a craft store. You'd need something to stick it in the ground with, yard sign wires or tent stakes.

6. We make our own every year ...
Get a piece of styrofoam, carve it from a rectangal into a tombstone shape, use gray spray paint to make it look like stone, then use a black marker to do the writing. We use metal spikes (you could probably use straightened out wire coat hangers) to anchor them into the ground ... slide one end into the bottom of the tombstone, then stick the other end into the ground (do it slowly and carefully though ... it's easy to puncture the back of the tombstone)

If you don't puncture the tombstone with the wires, you can then spray paint over this year's message next year and use the other side for a new tombstone.

(I hope I explained this clearly ... we've been doing it for so many years that it just seems very easy to me)

14. it would certainly get
folks attention and make a pt. But one of the sad things is I think a lot of people don't even know what Habeas Corpus is. But they will if they get arrested for being "hostile" towards their country and demand to speak to their lawyer.
