Anyone else on pins and needles?
I could just scream and bite my nails and pace and scream some more. Did I tell you how much I loathe this administratino and the Republicans who excuse and support their atrocities and greed? I want this election season over and a change to have been sought by the nation before they destroy it any further.

1. Oh, yeah, baby.
I'm coming out of my skin. I want to think we'll win
(of course we will), but I don't trust these bastards
at all. I'm dyin'.

11. Iran, too
It's not just the elections, though. I feel Iran might be in the offing in the next couple of weeks, as well. Seems as though time is standing still.

3. I'm dying here
Made another contribution yesterday to the guy running against Kyl. It's not really that close, but he's inching closer. It would be so great to get rid of that worm.

4. My stomach is in knots and I've felt nauseous for at least a month..
It feels similar to the feeling I had the day after the 2004 "election". The difference is, I have some hope this time. I'd be completely fine if it weren't for Diebold.

7. I remember the Bush clan, all gathered together on election night '04...
...and I remember the looks they had on their faces. Not a smile in the bunch. Then I saw the blank expressions turn into smirks and the knee-slapping and back-patting began. The wake turned into a kegger. I preferred the wake.

8. I wish the election was tomorrow.
I want it over with, too. We've got a positive trend going right now, but it feels like there's still too much time between now and election day. I'm nervous that a lot can still change, very quickly.

I hate the uncertainty, too. If the outcome is good (and I'm not getting my hopes up), then it'll be like the sun coming out again after an endless long cold rain. All the green things can start to grow again. If it goes badly - well, at least we'll know where we stand. I'd almost rather be in a bad place and be able to react accordingly, than not know whether to prepare for a celebration or a seige.

9. After voting in 20 federal elections, my pins and needles are very dull.
I can't remember ever voting in one that wasn't "the most important" in the century.

10. Can't sleep, can't think of anything else
My stomach hurts, my feet and ankles ache. My ear fells like it has a blister from holding onto the phone. Not much longer to go. Good luck, everyone.

15. I just want it over
I hate the games and the uncertainty . I had hope in 2004 and big surprise , what made it worse is I was fired right before the 2004 elections but I just knew Kerry would win and hope would be had .

Now the repigs have had even more time to build up their plan of attack , I hear yes and no on attacking Iran but nothing would surprise me now . I wish I could at least prepare for something .

He's a repuke too, but I love him anyhow, thus, HUGE anxiety as he tells me our lives won't change no matter who wins in November.

17. Yes! Stu Rothenberg was just on CNN and said there's
55!!!!!!!!! seats up for grabs in the House. I think the House is there for Democrats to lose. I would DEARLY LOVE to win the Senate too...by a large enough margin so they don't have to bargain with Lieberman, if he should win.

I'm waiting for the October surprise though. I fear something's coming.
