I think king george should immediately declare that only he can defend us against terrorism (a claim he already makes)

Then he should declare that given the current polls, voting in the 2006 midterm election would constitute an act of terrorism.

Anyone who shows up to vote would immediately be declared an enemy combatant and would be disappeared.

Read the law. He can do that now.
