Bush's complete incompetence re: Pakistani nuke scientist

Watching this show on Discovery about A.Q.Khan, the father of Pakistan's bomb. He built up this nuclear black-market during the 90s. He supplied countries like Libya and more importantly, North Korea, with nuclear secrets and technology. Then he gets arrested a few years ago. Musharref grants him a complete pardon, places him under "house arrest", and declares that the US cannot have any contact with him. And this is completely acceptable to Bush, who called the arrangment satisfactory!

Is there ANY area in which Bush has shown the slightest amount of competency?

1. Of course it's acceptable to Bush - Paki nukes was part of BCCI and one of

the matters outstanding in Kerry's investigation and when Clinton took office he sided with covering up for Poppy Bush and wouldn't pursue any outstanding BCCI matters.

The LAST thing BushInc needs is BCCI to get greater coverage.
