1. Yeah yeah yeah...
and then he'll review all the information, lecture everyone impatiently, and find that although the administration may have erred somewhat, he will not find them liable blah blah blah.

He did this with the Warren Commission, Clarence Thomas, and who knows how many others. He'll come down with his ruling like Judge Wapner. And we're not happy.

One thing upon which I can agree with Robert Bork: I also am tired of listening to him - Bork didn't want to be lectured on Constitutional Law by Arlen and I don't want to be kept thinking he'll do the right thing and then he ultimately does not.

Arlen has them by the balls, and is not letting go.

Impeachment is in the air!

5. Bet against someone from PA?
Ya think I'm crazy? ;-)

Specter was the one who mentioned impeachment, who said there are criminal prosecution avenues which could be pursued.

I'll wager you a $25 donation to the ACLU. Being a senator he can't move to impeach. But If Specter doesn't "seek" (i.e., call for) impeachment hearings, you win.

We on?

4. Any answers Du'ers
#1:

In interpreting whether Congress intended to amend the (FISA)… by the September 14, 2001 Resolution, would it be relevant on the issue of Congressional intent the the Acministration did not specifically ask for an expansion for Executive power under FISA? Was it because you thought you couldn’t get such an expansion as when you said: “That was not something that we could likely get?”

#3:

Why did the Executive not ask for the authority to conduct electronic surveillance when Congress passed the Patriot Act and was prediposed, to the maximum extent likely, to grant the Executive additional powers which the Executive thought necessary?

#10:

Would you consider seeking approval from the FISA Court at this time for the ongoing surveillance program at issue?
