Yawn.

Another "tell all book" just in time for the election.

Predictable.

Has it ever occurred to the Dim-wits that evangelicals are "using" Republicans, just as surely as Republicans are "using" them? What on earth are they thinking, that religious people, who care about morality, are going to help them regain power and undo what has been accomplished thus far? The faith of evangelicals is not drawn from political belief but the other way around, unlike the secular left. Until they understand this, the Dims will flounder. And when they do understand this, they'll understand that they've plotted and planned for nothing.

3. One reasonable response...ok - who is posting over there??!!!

You said -- "Another "tell all book" just in time for the election.

Predictable."

Why is it predictable? It does not appear to be predictable to me -- according to his own words --

"I served in the White House for two-and-a-half years as a Special Assistant to the president and eventually as Deputy Director of the Faith-Based Initiative. I have deep respect, appreciation, and affection for the president. No one who knows him even a tiny bit doubts the sincerity and compassion of his heart. Likewise, the people around the president are good and caring people. I know this firsthand because I experienced it during a health crisis in my own life when their kindness was evident.

That is why writing this is difficult."

This is from what David Kuo wrote here --

http://www.beliefnet.com/story/160/story_16092_1.html

It appears that he's been an assistant *directly* for the President himself -- and *still* -- he's writing this book about *failed promises* and the Evangelical group simply being "used".

This is *not* from the Democrats...

Star Traveler

4. "Undo what has been accomplished so far"
They really live in a different reality. The accomplishments of the right wing are incredible, if you worship the almighty... dollar. Beyond that they have destroyed more lives than any "dim-wit" cold ever hope to fix.

7. How do you "undo" something that was undone?
that's like re-untying your shoelaces ...

Conservatism is all about keeping away progress or change - even shifting into reverse ...

Ah I see. I'm really impressed how they discussed the points made in the book.
Another case where the facts don't support them so they just go on whining.
