This in reaction to a Sam Nunn quote that the US started at the wrong end of the "axis of evil". by going after Iraq instead of dealing with NK. Where has the man been?

"We don't have anything.", while NK's has always been "we will test and there is nothing you can do about it!", I can see how they came to that conclusion.
