1. I'm in Montana, and if the Dems filibuster, people would know they

have a moral compass. They are willing to stand up for their beliefs.

We have a lot of greens who would consider voting for a Dem if they thought the Dems wanted to be an opposition party.

We have a lot of independents who would vote for a fighter.

If it's true Republican voters want someone who'll defend the country, what better way for the Dems to prove their spine than by filibustering?

The alternative: the DLC could hunt down and kill bin Laden themselves.
