And even if I heard it wrong...

Would the pukes be baiting us to come out against it?

Could they use it to fuck up the vote once again?

It was due October 16, but the judges want to review
new evidence. A verdict isn't likely until at least
the end of the month.

Barring some highly irregular and questionable events,
don't expect Saddam to hang this year.

If he would have been executed back when a lot of people still believed this administration, I could see it being a "gain" for them. The war in Iraq is a failure and now a lot more people believe it was all bullshit.

I wouldn't put it past the pukes to think it would be good for them, but I think it would be just another failure for them.

I would think Bush is preoccupied with keeping Saddam away from the Press; as much as Saddam is reviled, he could still make a point that the trains ran on time under his watch. People would then wonder who is the better steward: Saddam or George?

An E-mail stated that the Iraqi's would be celebrating in the streets if Saddam go whacked. I still think Rummy and Reagan/cheney helped make the man and at least one of ours should hang beside him if he goes.

There were to be three trials. The verdict on the first one hasn't been decided. I suspect there will be appeals. These trials have been quite strange from what I have observed. The US is not trying Saddam and his fellow defendents, Iraq is doing so. How does anyone in the US "know" that Saddam and his fellow defendents are guilty of the charges in the first two trials?
