Assuming a Democratic majority beginning January 2007 and assuming Pelosi is elected Speaker (instead of just Majority Leader) and assuming resignation/death/impeachment of both Junior and Dickie ... she'd be President.

Step 2. Impeachment hearings begin
Step 3. Bush/Cheney and others Resign
Step 4. Speaker of the House Pelosi becomes President
