1. Depends on whether the consciousness raising caused by Foley scandal

brings federal investigators--and people who play investigative reporters on TV--to question what all Tom Delay was involved with in the Marianas Islands.
If people see Mark Foley getting away with 10 years of enticing minors into sex and harrassing them enabled by the protection of the very top Republican leadership on the Hill including Mr. Delay, it could mean Delay's own pecadilloes in Saipan will get thrust into the light. Did his advocacy of child labor in the Marianas crime colony include availing himself of the child sexual exploitation that is rampant there? Suddenly after Mark Foley's example of raiding the page dormitory at night, the stories told of ol' "Hot Tub Tom" Delay won't be swept aside as "too crazy & corrupt to be credible" anymore. And then his next mugshot won't be so cheerful.
