No impatient w/Fitz but an indictment sure would be nice pre-SOTU
Edited on Tue Jan-24-06 06:34 PM by Jersey Devil
Doesn't the grand jury he's been dealing with expire at the end of January? Of course he could once again move on to another GJ but that seems like he'd have wasted a lot of time and I just don't think he's the kind of guy who'd want to do that unless it was absolutely necessary.

1. Current GJ Is Empaneled For 18 Months
So it won't expire until mid-2007.

2. mmm, I don't think so
He didn't empanel a new Grand Jury, just went to one that was already in session. I thought I read here several times that it expires at the end of this month.

4. ok, thanks, and I am somewhat relieved
I thought he was going to have to rush it and while I would like a pre-SOTU indictment (or three), I'd rather see him do a very thorough job.

5. You're dreaming
There isn't going to be any indictment, period, much less one this week. Get a grip. I'm still interested in when those who bet me will pay out for their loss.
