WHEN and who appointed Foley Chairmen of missing and exploited children?

If Foley's predatory nature had been known about Foley for years, how, who appointed, and why was he appointed to this position?

That seems to be what is most disturbing about this scandal.

Why didn't they pull him aside and demand that he step down from that position.

Anyone who knew that Foley was a pedophile---and allowed him to remain in Congress and as the chair of a committee that is supposed to protect children--must have these same tendencies.

Any other decent person, would find a way to stop this.

It's just so outrageous.
