CondiLIAR met with leaders and tried to pressure them to back Guatemala and not Venezuela She got a big fat no.

Guyana is playing the US game -Bernie Kerik has been very busy in that country and of course the border dispute always makes Guyana play hte opportunist role re Venezuela.
