the the RWers for the midterms. I don't think they have a lot of support on this, but it feeds their feeble attempt to continue with the 'obstructioninst' meme they have going. The discussion on the alleged 'death tax' is one sort of thing.

DeMint is now lying his ass off on Illinois farmers and who will benefit from the elimination of the Estate Tax. These people are desperate to get something they can twist up and lie about to bring back to the 'base' of Repub voters.

If DEmint loads up the schedule with this crap, then maybe the revisions to Due Process and to allow torture might not make it to the floor for this weekend.
