Christian cartoon Veggie Tales wants us to appease terrorists & detainees!

Recently, there's been a lot of flack from the far-right (Brent Bozell has an interesting take on the situation at townhall.com) and even the show's creators over NBC editing out mentions of the word "God" and "the Bible" from its showings of the animated show, Veggie Tales.

Well, I just finished watching an episode and the characters just had dialog about Sampson's brush not having power, the Bible says it was his hair. And Sampson lost his hair (and power) as he didn't keep his promise to God. Yes, they used the words "God" and "the Bible".

They also mentioned that we should "be kind to our enemies".

I wonder how many "Christians" will understand their utter hypocrisy in their wont to wage the war on terror and to torture and abuse detainees.
