7. Need some help here

When the coup against Chavez was completed the one chosen by the Bushies gave a speech. The speech, which was posted here on DU at one time, was a hate filled speech where the government would be dissolved and dictator rule would be used. Don't even know whom the *s wanted to replace Chavez with. Needed for another message board where the Repugs are going wild over this speech Chavez gave.
