Why is Donna Brazile allowed on TV to speak for Democrats?
Edited on Fri Sep-15-06 03:32 PM by sparosnare
And why does Wolf Blitzer call Bush "impassioned" instead of "belligerent and angry"? What world am I living in?

Anyway - Brazile is worthless; she likes McCain's bill. No mention of Democrats on this at all; it's a war between Bush and Senate Republicans. :eyes:

1. Brazile is DLC
Isn't she?

She's allowed on so that they can continue to push the political debate to the right.

25. That doesn't mean she can't also be a member of the DLC... so...
I still wonder.

28. She was also in charge of voter integrity for the DNC from 2001-2004 .
Edited on Fri Sep-15-06 05:58 PM by blm
How well do you think she did her job countering the GOP tactics of voter suppression, purged voter rolls and rigged voting machines?

The Dem party actually HAD a person in charge - go figure. Seems to me no one there took the issue very seriously, even after 2000 and 2002 elections where election fraud was so apparent - I wonder why?

17. Yes. That is why Brazille and Shrum are always invited....
..to oppose the show's.... TWO Republican panelists.

Brazille and Shrum are weak and non-assertive. That is why Republicans like them.

3. Her delivery is lame ... I don't know why she's on so much ...
I wouldn't claim her as GOOD to put on TV as a Democratic Strategist.
Not at all.

4. Your question has been asked many times.
It is absolutely amazing that the Dem party (DLC, DSSC, you name it) cannot recruit and hire strong Dem talking heads for the cable channels.

Donna B. is terrible.

It's the friggin Corporate Whore Press who leave them out of their rolodexes.

5. And Why Do You Watch And Expect Otherwise?
If you enjoy watching, that's fine. But don't ask dumb questions like why does a RIGHT WING HOST, on a RIGHT WING NETWORK, have a WATTERED DOWN LIBERAL WANNABE as a guest on their RIGHT WING AFTERNOON SPIN FEST.

BECAUSE THAT'S WHAT THEY DO! If you want balance, and honest reporting, wait until Keith Olbermann comes on at 8 EST.

10. My question was not dumb, nor did I expect anyone to take it so seriously.
I already know the answer and it was somewhat rhetorical. Thank you.

19. She's Paid By CNN...Not The DNC
It's bad enough this network cuts a check to right wing liars like Jefferies and Bettamillion Bennett.

These people are part of the "drinkie drinkie" beltway set...its assumed they're "in touch" with the party...yep the cocktail parties. This is the who ya know and who ya blow world totally alien to the real world.

funky when I pasted it:

If it doesn't work, just google Brazile and Rove and you will receive many, many, links:

21. Didn't you get the memo? Non-DLC Democrats, also known as the majority
of us, are widely known to polarize, to have litmus tests on silly things like not exporting bombs or jobs, universal health care and both campaign and election reform. We members of PDA might as well admit that we have Che posters over our futons, wet the bed, run with scissors, eat paste and don't play well with others -- when we aren't busy throwing bombs and obstructing by insisting on disentriangulation (hey, I just coined that one).

DLC is going to be in Valhalla or Limbo or wherever soon....

The people are taking back the party from the bottom up, we flock to Kucinich and Conyers and Maxine Waters, not Liebermann or HRC or Biden or care very much what Donna bloviates on, towards, or about.
