5. To me the definitive 9/11 documentary.
Unscripted, raw. No agenda.

22. That comment sent chills all over my body
That, and the comment that everytime you heard those loud thumps during that part of the film, it was the sound of a body hitting outside.

9. Discovery Channel Now-The Price of Security
This Sunday, CCR Staff Attorney Gitanjali Gutierrez--part of the CCR team that represents detainees and coordinates the defense work of the 500 volunteer attorneys participatingg in our Guantánamo Justice Project--will appear in the first of Ted Koppel's new series of documentaries for the Discovery Channel. The program will also prominently feature CCR client Maher Arar, a Syrian-Canadian who was rendered by the US government to Syria, where he was tortured for nearly a year before being released and allowed to return home. The Price of Security will consider just how much of our liberty we are willing to give up in the name of security and whether we are actually safer as a result.

What:
The Center for Constitutional Rights and our client Maher Arar (a victim of "extraordinary rendition," the government's policy of outsourcing torture) will be featured prominently in The Price of Security, Ted Koppel's premiere documentary on the Discovery Channel!

When:
Sunday, 10 September, 8:00pm ET/PT

15. They showed an updated version on UK TV last week
With how the firefighters have coped, and how some of them have moved on to other things. One of the scenes was of one of the Naudet brothers (don't ask me which)getting married in that very firehouse :)

18. I saw this when they broadcast it first in '02; it's incredibly well-done
and completely sincere in its emotion - it gives you such a feel for the horror experienced by those there that day.
