I can think af a few that I would say are not... But only a few that I would say are straight up.

4. I'd say that most are good people - so I guess about 30% are opportunists

Maybe 40% tops.

There are 40 in the House that might as well be Republicans and I figure maybe 15 or so in the Senate that can be counted on to enable (or vote with) the far right on a fairly consistent basis.

I think that most are paid for and all have funding influence their decisions, but that doesn't mean they are all necessarily "bought"
