Human Genome Project Opens Door to Ethnically Specific Bioweapons
(#16) Human Genome Project Opens the
Door to Ethnically Specific Bioweapons

The Human Genome Project may now open the door to the development and use of genetic weapons targeted at specific ethnic groups. This project is currently being conducted under the auspices of the U.S. Energy Department, which also oversees Americas nuclear weapon arsenal.

In October 1997, Dr. Wayne Nathanson, chief of the Science and Ethics Department of the Medical Society of the United Kingdom, warned the annual meeting of the Society that "gene therapy" might possibly be turned into "gene weapons" which could potentially be used to target particular genes possessed by certain groups of people. These weapons, Nathanson warned, could be delivered not only in the forms already seen in warfare such as gas and aerosol, but could also be added to water supplies, causing not only death but sterility and birth defects in targeted groups.

The U.S. has a long history of interest in such genetic research. The current home of the Human Genome Project is the Cold Springs Harbor laboratory on Long Island, NYthe exact site of the notorious Eugenics Research Office that was started in 1910 by the Harriman family. The projects 1910 agenda included governmental imposition of sanctions on such human rights as reproduction, and on U.S. immigration, based on the alleged inferiority of particular ethnic groups. The Eugenics Research Project established medical and psychological conditions that would qualify one for sterilization or euthanasia. Prominent advocates of the program such as the Rockefeller family, Henry Ford, and Margaret Sanger helped smooth the way for the passage of forcible sterilization laws in 25 states. These laws allowed the forcible sterilization of tens of thousands of people, mostly of minority status, during the first half of the 20th century.

The November 1970 issue of the Military Review published an article entitled "Ethnic Weapons" for command-level military personnel. The author of the article was Dr. Carl Larson, head of the Department of Human Genetics at the Institute of Genetics in Lund, Sweden. Dr Larson wrote of how genetic variations in races are concurrent with differences in tolerances for various substances. For instance, large segments of Southeast Asian populations display a lactose intolerance due to the absence of the enzyme lactase in the digestive system. A biological weapon could conceivably take advantage of this genetic variance and incapacitate or kill an entire population.

2. Some resources on this hidden topic
Haller, Mark H. EUGENICS: HEREDITARIAN ATTITUDES IN AMERICAN THOUGHT. New Brunswick, NJ: Rutgers University Press, 1963, 1984. 264 p.
Haller writes that some U.S. academics and policymakers became convinced that the genetic characteristics of criminals, the mentally retarded, the mentally disturbed, and the impoverished were the basis for their failings. Haller also concentrates on scientists and social scientists who applied Darwinian analysis to various racial groups and decided that some races were more advanced than others on the evolutionary scale. These scientists, the author says, thought that the presence of some racial groups in the United States threatened the long-term biological "quality" of the population.

Hatchett, Richard. Brave New Worlds: Perspectives on the American Experience of Eugenics. Pharos 54 (4): 13-18, Fall 1991.
A concise background of eugenics history is provided by Hatchett, who opines that the past experience of eugenics makes it wise to address future uses of knowledge and science's relationship with and responsibility to society. He thinks that the recent eugenic revival focuses on economic utility and a "pale concept of human dignity."

Ludmerer, Kenneth M. GENETICS AND AMERICAN SOIETY: A HISTORICAL APPRAISAL. h Baltimore, Johns Hopkins University Press, 1972. 222 p.
Ludmerer looks at the social climate from 1905 to 1930 that created a situation in which eugenics played a role in public policymaking. He examines genetic theories of the day and how they were adopted by eugenicists. Finally, Ludmerer demonstrates how the political and social events of the time affected the activities of American geneticists.

Reilly, Philip R. THE SURGICAL SOLUTION: A HISTORY OF INVOLUNTARY STERILIZATION IN THE UNITED STATES. Baltimore: Johns Hopkins University Press, 1991. 190 p.
Reilly details the rise and fall of involuntary sterilization in the U.S. as a means to prevent "mental defectives" from reproducing. From 1907 until the 1960s more than 60,000 men and women were subjected to court-ordered, involuntary sterilization, often without their knowledge.

5. Genetic propensity perhaps, environmental triggers,
Orthomolecular medicine describes the practice of preventing and treating disease by providing the body with optimal amounts of substances which are natural to the body. The term "orthomolecular" was first used by Linus Pauling in a paper he wrote in the journal Science in 1968. The key idea in orthomolecular medicine is that genetic factors affect not only to the physical characteristics of individuals, but also to their biochemical milieu. Biochemical pathways of the body have significant genetic variability and diseases such as atherosclerosis, cancer, schizophrenia or depression are associated with specific biochemical abnormalities which are causal or contributing factors of the illness. Want to learn more? The following essays give a more detailed overview of the nature, efficacy and history of orthomolecular medicine.

Genetically triggered criminality and its environmental roots... better believe it.
Reduced violent behavior following biochemical therapy

Received 5 May 2003; revised 23 June 2004; accepted 29 June 2004. Available online 11 September 2004.

Reduced violent behavior following biochemical therapy. We conducted an outcome study to measure the effectiveness of biochemical therapy for 207 consecutive patients presenting with a diagnosed behavior disorder. The treatment protocols were based on clinical evaluation and our past experience in the treatment of 8000 patients with behavior disorders at the Pfeiffer Treatment Center (PTC) over a 10-year period. Each test subject was screened for chemical imbalances previously found in high incidence in this population, including metal-metabolism disorders, methylation abnormalities, disordered pyrrole chemistry, heavy-metal overload, glucose dyscontrol, and malabsorption. The clinical procedure included a medical history, assay of 90 biochemical factors, and a physical examination. Standardized treatment protocols were applied for each imbalance that was identified. The frequencies of physical assaults and destructive episodes were determined using a standardized behavior scale before and after treatment, with follow-up ranging from 4 to 8 months.

Seventy-six percent of the test subjects achieved compliance during the treatment period. The remaining 24% were reported to have discontinued the therapy. A reduced frequency of assaults was reported by 92% of the compliant assaultive patients, with 58% achieving elimination of the behavior. A total of 88% of compliant destructive patients exhibited a reduced frequency of destructive incidents and 53% achieved elimination of the behavior. Statistical significance was found for reduced frequency of assaults (t=7.74, p<0.001) and destructive incidents (t= 8.77, p<0.001). The results of this outcome study strongly suggest that individualized biochemical therapy may be efficacious in achieving behavioral improvements in this patient population.

Keywords: Violent behavior; Biochemical therapy; Chemical imbalance

Index terms: Chemical imbalance; Behavior; Assaultiveness; Rages; Nutrient therapy; Metal-metabolism; Metallothionein; Methylation; Pyrroles; Lead; Malabsorption; Copper; Zinc

3. Sorry if this is tin hat
But google "dead murdered scientists"

It's something that crossed my browser about a year or two ago... I've been kinda peeking in every once in awhile because while it's an interesting coincidence - I didn't understand why.

7. You know who has too much time on their hands?
The military. Maybe we should just be in one war after another(oh, wait...), that way, they wouldn't have time to create new genetic technology. Then maybe DARPA wouldn't have all day, every day, to dream of smaller spy technology, that will eventually lead to them spying on anyone they want to(oh, wait...damn it, what fun is it if you're screwed any way you go?).

8. Prescott Bush, lest we forget
Was a fan of this eugenics program and a Harriman partner.

Paul Wolfowitz enthused about this "news" a couple of years ago. And just what did he think might happen to Jews as he was chortling, eyes glistening, at the easy prospect of bio-warfare against any target WASP, anti-Semitic plutocrats might deem necessary or fun?

Of course this is such a total perversion of the real destiny inferred by DNA research as to be a war crime in and of itself, to take steps, to propose policy, to suggest it as a legitimate "weapon". The supposed Mayberry Macchiavellis have been on the forefront of dark science far longer than the discoverers and enablers. Climate control, gene control. You can write out their agenda in crayon but no one dreaming blissfully of the future realizes the real and growing threat of these genetically crippled inbred monsters among us, rigging human destiny so they can reap rewards from onrushing catastrophe.

They KNOW. They have GOALS. They have shown their pirate flag.

10. Agree
and yet these maniacs continue causing damage all along the way. And draining the National Treasury into these Strangelovian fantasies.
