1. If Google hadn 't objected, we'd never have known. Just that fact
alone makes me appreciate what they're doing.

4. I hope they stand out as a good example
Below the poll is this headline: "Google stand could be good for business"

Slowly but surely the rest of Corporate America will realize not only
that they CAN stand up to the corrupt Bush regime... but that
standing up to Bush is ACTUALLY GOOD FOR BUSINESS !!!!!

An old boss once told me that life is too short to work for assholes
and throughout my life, when I've had a bad customer.. like these
freep freaks.. I've had no problem telling em to go away.

It always mystified me that corporations (especially the media)
would suck up to the right wing fundie-freeper demographic...
I mean... what kind of purchasing power is there ?? These are
not what you'd call the top of the pyramid... or even the middle..
these are the dregs. Good riddance... and it's good for business.

It was coming up as the French version of Google --- must have been some fascist hacker...

I LOVE France, BTW! Great food and wine and the women are beautiful.

23. Where were you in France?
I bought cherries from a vendor in Nice... sure they were good, but they had worms in them.
I ordered escargot at a restaurant in Paris... they were undercooked... badly.
There's plenty of cheap wine in France.
And the women aren't really so much more gorgeous- healthier maybe.

When we go to different places, we see the things we want to see.
(The beaches of Nice were a lovely sight, not all the nude bathers were though.)

You must have been lucky.

;)

as a sponsored link advertiser, i can tell you for a fact that they censor their searches, censor their advertisers, and are generally not on our side.

13. That's A Pretty Heavy Statement. Do You Have Any Links Or Other Fact
based information to back that statement up? I'd like to see the context if that's ok.

17. mostly my personal experience,
you actually have to agree to not let anyone else see your data when you advertise with them. but my web designers did some comparison of different search engines, using keywords that i tried to use, and assured me that google was quite biased. i can tell you that they repeatedly violated their own protocol, and disabled keywords on my account like-guckert, gannon, bill o'reilly, and some others i don't recall right now, but all related to the scandal du jour. i would add them to my list, they would get huge clickthru, and they would get disabled. within a day. over and over.
no, i have no link to my own personal experience.

18. I just don't see this as legitimate and will continue to support google as
a good company. I don't believe they are biased, cheating or engaging in dishonest practices. But if someday something factual comes out to show otherwise I will, as always, be willing to reconsider my opinion.

21. Good while it lasts
I wonder how long Google will be able to hold them off.
I think it's inevitable that eventually the Nazi's will get Google to comply.
It may in the form of a slightly watered-down version of the original request, but the damage will be done.

22. What a dilemma this must be for freepers...
In order to swing this poll in favor of the administration, they have to state that they don't want companies to protect their privacy.

I think it's also very amusing and quite telling that this poll isn't being freeped... this is about pornography after all.

All those 'freeperverts' must be having a hard time with this.
