If she went to the ME 12 days ago all she would be doing is 'shuttling' back and forth and not knowing what she should be 'shuttling' for? (Condi's comments today - taken out of context, of course - but that is the main gist).

I thought one of the responsibilities of holding the office of Secretary of State would involve figuring out what to do in the case of emergencies between 'warring' countries? Or at least having some kind of advance plan?

13. RIP to The Myth of the US as an "Honest Broker"

The insane vomit spewing forth from Condi's mouth was enough to nauseate the solar system, not merely a single planet.
(1) She has no idea what to do - and therefore does nothing.
(2) A cease fire would, according to Condi, accomplish nothing. I wonder how the families of the dead view that remark.
(3) What she means by "accomplish nothing" is that it's not a final solution. Where have we heard that before?
(4) The best face one could graft onto her leering spewage is that only a permanent solution can be acceptable - something that's eluded people with more wisdom in their smallest toenail than she's demonstrated in her entire life have sought for over 50 years. According to her, that "solution" is the eradication of Hezbollah - and any insurgencies, of course. That's been the "solution" of tyrants for more centuries than she can count!
One must wonder in WTF-mode whether she's capable of pulling her head out of Junior's ass long enough to articulate the word "cooperation."

Meanwhile, back at the "ranch," Junior is vacationing. (And Nero fiddles.)
