FReeps belatedly react to Merkel massage
Some knew nothing about it.

From what I have seen, Merkel did not look happy, however, one can't always go by what they see on the internet or in pictures because they can be manipulated.

There has been plenty of times my husband and even, on occasion, a coworker has walked up behind me and did the same thing! I've never seen my reaction televised, but I imagine I would not look pleased. Mainly because sometimes it hurts so good, or takes me by surprise.

Funny. The Left disapproves, yet I thought it was one of the most human and warm moments between President Bush and a foreign leader yet. He is at his best at times like this, I think. Good for him.

Just to set the record straight-

I have seen President Bush do this to MEN plenty of times. It is part of his character.....

He's a Texas rancher kinda guy.....as the lady from Germany is, well.....a woman from Germany....

I unsderstand why she may have found his actions unwelcome- and trying to make it into a sexist thing is very easy- but entirely false.....Bush hugs and rubs on men quite often- especially ones that hate him! LOL!

10. Yes, Bush used to go on long cattle drives across the Texas plains
and those massages he gave to his drovers around the campfire at the end of the day really hit the spot.

7. Whew!
I feel like I need to fumigate my brain for a bit before I answer....

First of all, no "Texas rancher sort of guys" I know, and I know a lot-would EVER think of doing such a thing. And rest assured that Freeper would be educated by those same Texans if he dared called that "carpetbaggin son of a b*" a Texan of any sort-btw, the quoted part is from my husband).

Second of all, Germans I know would have cold cocked Bush for what he did-they are strong German women, and they won't stand for sexual harrassment. Merkel showed admirable restraint, and Bush showed terribly bad manners, criminal manners, to the entire world.

As to what the woman freeper said--"Hurts so good"???????? Do we have an abused spouse here, perhaps?

11. Clearing that fake brush pile over and over and over again
Imagine Bill Clinton doing something like that and the ensuing wails of harrassment and rape and carnage and the end of the universe as we know it. An abused spouse on free republic? Surely you jest.

It doesn't surprise me that they would support this. One of the symptoms of Stockholm syndrome is excusing your torturer for what he is doing.

chomping his food with his mouth open (crude little fuck) and babbling incoherently (I'm goin' home...gettin' on a plane...gonna go home. What about you? You live in a big country, dontcha?? Idiot boy.) and disrespecting personal boundaries...THIS is 'restoring honor and dignity' to ANYTHING????

He HAS no honor; he HAS no dignity; he HAS no brain; he HAS no clue; he HAS no heart...

What a total pathetic fucking embarassment he is to our nation.

That remains one of the spookiest parts of the whole incident for me. The look on his face. As watertiger would say: Bat. Shit. Insane.

especially ones that hate him. LOL"

So THIS is the secret to our Resident's great national and international popularity then. And isn't it amazing how he disarms his enemies with a single rude gesture!?! Everybody secretly wants to be touched by his highness....

And the reaction of these men is, I'm sure.....'yyyyuuuuuuukkkkkk...get this perverted leech OFF ME!'

One of the rudely fondled needs to tell Dubbie to get another scratching post.
