Why is this OK. I am highly offended. I thought there were laws against this type of thing. I thought there were fines. Why is CNN allowed to get away with this? Is there some family advocacy organization I can call to get help to make tham stop?

Complain to your Cable Operator. Now if the Nightly News or World News Tonight or Evening News blurts it out, that's public airwaves under FCC purview. But then again, it is by Pretzeldental Decree...

9. Didn't South Park say it like 185 times in one episode?
Although that show is relegated to after hours. If the FCC is wanting to fine stations that accidentally broadcast background noise of a crowd cursing, this certainly should be an issue.

2. $300,000 per offense, isn't it?
Frankly, I'd like to hear more adult talk on the news. It might wake some up from their slumber.

3. As I've said on other threads there is nothing the FCC can do because
everything that comes out of his mouth is offensive.

5. Here is a legal opinion from a justice department lawyer and
public servant: "The President is always right." Here's an opinion from a lawyer who doesn't practice law anymore (me): "Bullshit."

I listened to cable news all day. That was the first time I heard "shit" not bleeped out. Of course I don't listen to CNN very often.
