Israel floats peace plan

Israel has issued a statement that they would consider a "cease fire" if Hezbollah was dis-armed and Lebanese military troops deployed along the border. Israel "floated" a similar plan Saturday night here Sunday there, that included the Lebanese military, then reportedly bombed Lebanese military bases hours later.
