or check it out later at www.whiterosesociety.org (hi Ben :hi: )

Continuing a discussion Mike Malloy had last week with Bobby Kennedy about the election fraud LAWSUIT that MP and BK Jr have filed. "Like we did with the tobacco industry lawsuits, assembled a dream team of lawyers......."

Lawsuit currently filed under seal "so I can't give you the details, but we WILL be able to give you the details in 60 days."

He continues: When Americans hear these (verified) facts they will say "Not in America" but YES-- in America. They will feel like they're livin in a BANANA REPUBLIC.

5. So we need to get out the vote
MP said "there isn't much the average person can do." Says that when people start to see the facts in the case "it SHOULD" bring more people to the polls."

So what if we organize locally to get out the vote and ask DU "Why don't people vote?"

Malloy would like to see some media attention and wondered about "redemption" for the NYT or ______ paper that sees the effects the lawsuit will have and decides to cover the story............

So what if we "become the media"?

and by the way, syntaxy

I think this whole mess, once out, will drive as many people away from the polls as it sends. One of the things I hear most often is that people feel their vote doesn't count. This may indeed prove them right :(

This does not mean that we should not get this out. Once people see that the system is open to scrutiny, and that these crimes can be stopped, those run off by the news will come back when they appreciate the openness that results from these stories coming to light.

21. When a lawyer files a Qui Tam suit they have to file it sealed
with the appropriate Prosecutor. Everything about the case - who is being sued and why, the nature of the evidence being presented to justify the suit, and even the city/state in which the suit is filed - everything has to remain secret for 60 days. During those 60 days the prosecutor can decide whether they, themselves, will sue the accused or whether they 'pass'. If they pass then the lawyers who file the Qui Tam suit get to carry on with the suit themselves. I think that, under some circumstances, the prosecutor can decide that they need more than 60 days to "decide" whether they will take the case - so it has to stay sealed longer. Also: Even if Pap and company get to file the suit before Nov 7, they may not want to reveal the evidence they have until they are ready to go to court so that they can win the case and push the irresponsible voting machine companies out of business.

I am not a lawyer - I could be misunderstanding the situation. I've been listening to Mike & Bobby at every possible opportunity and this is what I understand.

Can You Protect Your Vote? You Can!

In California, I've been working with the California Election Protection Network (CEPN), among other groups, in an effort to ensure our votes are counted accurately.

Many people are concerned about our vote, and whether it is being accurately recorded, but few know where to begin. The point of this post is to give you a road map for what to do before and after an election to try to ensure the integrity of your vote.

There are several things to know before the election:

What are the rules for elections in your state?
What equipment is licensed for use in your state?
What equipment is your county or township using, and is it appropriately licensed by the state? (We had to fight that here in some counties - don't assume that if they're using it, it must be licensed. It may not be!)
How are the votes tallied?
And the most important step of all,

How are the vote tallies audited?
Anyone and anything can count the votes and present a tally. The issue is, how can you tell if the tally is correct?

The answer is this: AUDIT the tally. Conduct a manual (that means "by hand") recount of what is commonly called the "voter verified paper audit trail", or VVPAT. Not every state requires a VVPAT. If yours doesn't, get busy.

The audit should be part of the "official canvass," the set of procedures that constitute the full counting the vote.

please read the rest...detailed

8. It gives me hope that RFKjr and Pap are working on election fraud.
But, that does not mean we stop our effort.

Write those Letters to the Editor.
Walk house to house and get out the vote.

And I suggest we all vote Absentee and do not use these damn machines.

16. Regarding lost absentee voting...
One idea is to make two photo copies of your vote. Hand walk the original absentee vote to the County and get your receipt. Keep one copy for yourself. Submit the other copy to the "Citizens vote box' to be counted with Dems, Reps, and Independents present.

32. Mike Pappantonio gave me more hope last night than I've had in YEARS!
By the time the interview was over, I was actually thinking we may just stop these people. That man had the same affect on me as Malloy said he had on him. He made me feel GOOD about this. Once this election fraud breaks into the heartland, THE REPUBLICAN PARTY WILL BE FINISHED FOREVER! If we thought people were pissed off about Nixon, just wait until this hits them! Watergate was NOTHING compared to the vote fraud.

Bobby Kennedy and Mike Pappantonio are American HEROES!
