3. I'm so confused by the mixed messages
- cheney said deficits don't matter, reagan proved that, so why the big deal now and if today's report is good news then William Jefferson Clinton must have been a fucking political God. Why Clinton even deployed troops and none of them got killed (although that in itself is bad news for bush's base)

4. They over-estimate so they can say it isn't as bad as they thought
and they count no money spent for his illegal war as part of the deficit. Creative accounting.

5. Creative accounting is correct.
The government does it all of the time. Just look at the unemployment numbers or inflation percentage. All are bent in favor of the present government. When someone from IBM goes to work at Wal-Mart the unemployment number stay the same.
