Americans do not commit War Crimes.
If Americans do it, its not a war crime. If we round up hundreds of suspects and hold them offshore indefinitely and torture them and give them no phone calls or visits or lawyers, its not a war crime, because, well because we are Americans. We don't commit war crimes.

If the president, vice president and all underlings make up a war and send thousands off to die and be crippled forever and actually practice war profiteering all the while appropriating trillions and pocketing as much as they can, its O.K., they are our American leaders and we are the Americans.

They will not face the courts for war crimes like Saddam did or like Milosevic did, or like those at Nuremberg did, because they are upstanding, moral, dignified and suited, compassionate, Christian, caring, God loving, flag worshiping Americans, and Americans just flat out don't commit war crimes.

1. Didnt you get the memo
Only the loosers go to war crimes courts. Thats why I hate it when they use Nuremberg as a justification and template for international law and war crimes prosecution. Nuremberg was a victorious coalition imposing justice on vanquished enemies based on laws that, for the most part, did not exist at the time.

2. The concept of War itself is a Crime.
Does anyone think the designers of this war will ever face the consequences? At any level?

{A Prince} should appear to be compassionate, faithful to his word, kind, guileless, and devout. Everyone sees what you appear to be, few experience what you really are. And those few dare not gainsay the many who are backed by the majesty of the state. Niccolo Machiavelli, XVIII. How princes should honour their word The Prince
