Candy and Wolfie say that our poll numbers are slipping :)
Edited on Tue Jun-27-06 03:13 PM by goclark
If you just listened to their lead in you would believe that the Democrats are worried because the RepubliCONS are getting it right and we are "slipping."

Did I hear that one right? :evilfrown:

1. They think George is getting a bump from all the good Iraq news.
It's all in the spin. Who do you think Candy really works for?

2. Repuke's polls were so low
... only the serious kool-aid drinkers were supporting them.

Hey did you hear Rush got busted at the Airport?

There go those polls.

4. What else CAN they say?
They gotta try to reverse the trend Bush is on somehow and even a tiny bump from going to Iraq did nothing for him. So they do the dame thing the Bush cousin did at Fox News. They announce the lie and then they stick to it.

We ain't stoopid. We just don't have access to all the msm that they have...otherwise we would tell them the truth.

then you pretty well deserve your worries.

8. we should be worried. This is the same crap that was said
for the last six years. If we don't get back one of the houses in 2006 you can kiss the republic goodbye

The turnout in the primarys were awful. We better have a large turnout, and bring labor back to the party

10. With the way the so called "leadership" has acted- and continues
to act- of course we should be worried.

But not because of anything on CNN.

or the the Washington Post....

16. We will succeed in spite of the democratic leadership
IF WE SHOW UP TO VOTE, AND ENSURE THAT THE VOTES ARE COUNTED

Edited on Tue Jun-27-06 04:01 PM by goclark
My original post had a :) because I always believe that Wolf and Candy LOVE the NeoCons.

How big was his bump? I thought it was about 2 pts. on Gallup.

17. Like someone had previously note, worried, NOT because of CNN
pseudo poll, but because we MUST get the vote out

7. I know that in California the govenors race is a dead heat
while before the primary we had the lead

Nothing should be assumed or taken for granted, and frankly it will be an uphill battle. There is very little action that the DNC is doing regarding the voting machines

Unless we have a turnout, and I mean a REAL turnout in 2006, we will have a difficult time getting control in any one of the houses

9. GOP numbers are rebounding because we are so divided
Edited on Tue Jun-27-06 03:38 PM by jerry611
Democrats can't come together on anything. So we arn't going to gain any votes. We claim we are against the war, yet only 12 Senate Democrats vote to withdrawl troops. During the whole immigration debate, Democrats either supported open borders or stood and did nothing.

The Democratic party right now is being run by a bunch of morons and sell-outs. So don't expect any major victories this November.

edit: typo

13. Democrats do come together on things Health care, education,
safe communities, viable employment, a wholesome environment, a sane and balanced foreign policy, and a well trained, supplied and supported military are just a few of them.

The MSM shills keep saying we don't, and then proceed to magnify our differences in a hypocritical attempt to illustrate their "point".

14. Maybe they are referring to this WaPo article:
http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2006/06/26/AR2006062600250.html

Fourth paragraph states that Democrats have lost their advantage on certain issues concerning national security. Bush's numbers are still low enough to cause them concern, however.

23. Yep
BTW, on this same page there is post advocating that no Dems go on faux. Whatever. But I consider CNN equally bad or worse than faux, because many moderates and Dems give them more credit. Well, CNN shills all the time. And yet, I know off-line Dems who believe that Wolfie is a liberal.

CNN is very dangerous.
